1. Data Controller

2. What data we collect and why

a) Contact form

When you send a message through the contact form, we collect: full name, email address, company name (optional), and message content. We process this data to handle your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest of the controller). We store the data for the period necessary to handle the inquiry, no longer than 2 years.

b) Consultation booking (Cal.com)

On the contact page, we embed a Cal.com widget for booking a free consultation. During booking, Cal.com collects your name, email address, and selected time slot. Cal.com acts as a separate data controller — details in Cal.com Privacy Policy.

c) Payments (Stripe)

Subscription payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. We do not store payment card data — processing takes place exclusively on Stripe's side, which holds PCI DSS Level 1 certification. Stripe processes the data necessary for payment processing (card details, email, billing address). Details in Stripe Privacy Policy.

d) Email notifications (Resend)

For sending email notifications (e.g., confirmation of receiving a contact form message), we use the Resend service. Resend processes the recipient's email address to deliver the message. Details in Resend Privacy Policy.

3. Cookies and tracking technologies

Our website uses cookies — small text files stored on your device. Below we describe which cookies we use and what they are for.

We do not use marketing or tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other user profiling tools. We do not display ads or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

You can change your cookie settings in your browser at any time — block new cookies or delete existing ones. Note that blocking essential cookies may affect the functionality of some site features (e.g., payment process).

4. International data transfers

We use services from providers based in the USA (Stripe, Vercel, Resend, Supabase, Cal.com). Data transfers are carried out on the basis of the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).
